The same team member will then take charge of overseeing the entire marketing process, ensuring that your property is presented in the best possible light to attract potential buyers.

Presentation and marketing

Exchange of contracts

Step 8
Completion day
At exchange of contracts between the seller’s solicitor and buyer’s solicitor, a completion day will be agreed. On this day, final funds are transferred, the sale has officially completed and the ownership transferred. Time to hand over your keys – congratulations on selling your home!
